Precise gob forming for maximum process stability
WALTEC’s ESERVO feeder system supports single, double and triple gob production through independently operated feeding mechanisms on a single feeder head. Depending on the production mode, the individual feeders are automatically activated or parked, ensuring maximum flexibility and precise process control.
A good example and scope of application is WALTEC‘s triple gob flex production line. In triple gob operation, all three feeders are active. In double gob mode, the left and right feeders operate while the middle feeder is parked and its orifice hole is closed. In single gob operation, only the central feeder is active.

The WALTEC feeder system supports single, double, triple and quadro gob production through multiple independently operated feeding mechanisms on a single feeder head. Depending on the production mode, feeders are automatically activated or parked, ensuring efficient operation, maximum flexibility and optimized process control.
Utmost flexibility
WALTEC's feeder line-up offers multiple independent feeder mechanisms on one feeder head for operation in single, double and triple gob. For quadro gob production two double gob feeder heads are used.
The linear ESERVO feeder provides complete feeding mechanisms for each orifice ring: In triple gob operation, all three feeders work. In double gob mode, the left and right feeders operate while the middle one is parked at its highest position and the orifice ring is closed. In single gob operation only the middle feeder is active and the other two are on standby at their highest position.

linear ESERVO feeder VG
The linear ESERVO feeder for variable gob weights (VG) supports flexible production of small and medium-sized batches with different article weights.
The technology is ideally suited for applications ranging from small perfume bottles produced on IS (Individual Section) machines in the glass packaging industry to dinner plates, salad bowls and other articles manufactured on WALTEC spinning lines for tableware and cookware.

WALTEC’s ESERVO shears combine high-speed operation with precise, repeatable cutting. Minimized glass contact time reduces cutting marks, while advanced servo technology enables exact adjustment for consistently high product quality.
Independent servo drives are available for conventional shear mechanisms linked to spout sizes of 81, 144 and 565, either as stand-alone solutions or integrated with feeder controls. ESERVO shears handle gob weights up to 15 kg and are suitable for all major glass types and applications.

WALTEC’s ESERVO shears combine high-speed operation with outstanding cutting quality, minimized glass contact time and reduced cutting marks. Advanced servo drive technology enables precise adjustments and highly repeatable cuts for consistently high product quality.
Independent servo drives are available for conventional shear mechanisms of all conventional spout sizes, either as stand-alone solutions or integrated with feeder controls. ESERVO shears handle all common gob weights up to 15 kg and are suitable for major glass types, including soda-lime, opal and borosilicate glass.
