WALTEC’s B-Series combines proven blow-blow technology with advanced servo-driven precision for efficient glass production.
Independently controlled drives for table and bottom rotation, bottom stroke and prepressing enable accurate, repeatable forming – including twisted optics and decorated glass bottoms. With 20 to 32 sections and speeds of up to 60 cycles per minute, the modular design supports reliable high-volume manufacturing and fast section changes. Combined with WALTEC’s ESERVO Stem Press, the B-Series offers flexible production solutions for high-quality tumblers and stemware.

B-Series – Production Lines
The Blow-Blow process
Linear feeder, servo-driven shear (parallel or angular) and gob chute are manufactured with the well-known WALTEC technology. The sturdy and precise running main drive of the machine allows the feeding of the working table with perfectly synchronized motion. The gearless, direct-driven transfer arm follows the rotation of the working table without any mechanical support.
Prepressing is realized by a servo rack and pinion. Independent servo drives for working-table and bottom rotation and a servo drive for the bottom stroke allow easy adjustment of twisted optics and decorated bottom designs. This enables excellent repeatability and a stable process for start-up, job change and production.

For your process-optimized production: Future-proof technology
Central lubrication as well as oil circulating lubrication for gears and bearings are WALTEC standard. They guarantee longest production cycles without any maintenance. Due to the modular design the section change can be performed within the shortest possible time. In line with the control systems for our blow-blow lines, we have minimized the electrical components on top of the machine. A slip ring transfers the power. For the highest reliability, the control signals are transferred via the slip ring.
With the blow-blow machine, WALTEC has developed and built a user-optimized machine, according to the requirements of the glass manufacturers. In combination with the WALTEC stem press, a state-of-the-art production line for manufacturing the highest-quality tumblers and stemware is available.
