ENERGY SAVINGS

Industry-leading ESERVO performance powers process movement in our Wseries press-blow lines. This proprietary WALTEC technology substitutes conventional pneumatic driven movement and as such reducing substantially the use of expensive compressed air.

  • 5 energy-efficient servo drives per station (bottom and neckring rotation, plunger stroke, vertical movement pre-mould unit and bottom station)
  • Single station data driven process optimization
  • Reduced need for expensive compressed machine drive air

Fan-Air Cooling (FAC) for the pre-mould further reduces the need for expensive compressed air

Process accuracy & repeatability

The W12 features Automatic Temperature Regulation for pre-mould and plunger. Each station is equiped with completely new high-speed sensor technology measuring the pre-mould and plunger temperature whilst keeping it stable during production.

WTRACK ensures pragmatic transparent data logging and provides a comprehensive process control tool maximizing process accuracy and repeatability. To support process optimization all data can be analyzed via the central operating panel of the machine or shared with any external devices (on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux and more).

Our in-house developed WTRACK productivity and connectivity software is embedded in the W-series enabling a complete overview of all relevant process parameters. The advanced W-series data platform carries multiple integrated sensors collecting, recording, and saving key process data generated by the high precision ESERVO drives.

Process efficiency

The modular set-up of our Wseries offers maximum efficiency and flexibility. Our machines are available with all common numbers of stations (W1/W2/W3 up to W24). Production parameters can be set and optimized for every single section to reach the best quality and efficiency.

WALTEC’s Wseries features remote support via online access by our technical support to help you to analyze and minimize downtime.

Save up to 75% Ramp-up time

Old in-market machines have a typical ramp-up time of around four hours compared to approx one hour for the Wseries. All historical run settings for each section can be retrieved from the system via WTRACK and uploaded immediately after job-change generating a fast good-to-go process start.

Wseries can be operated with two well-trained process operators per shift compared to old lines typically requiring three machine operators per shift. The neck ring change on W-series is fast and easy saving valuable production time, too.
