LOG
WTRACK LOG empowers process optimization. The module is logging authorization access, keys and parameter changes during life production.
LINE
WTRACK LINE retrieves data from the production-line. Sensors are continuously monitoring the availability of supply-services, the status of line-components as well as the performance starting with the shear cut and ending at the conveyer before packing. A strong interface collects the captured data in CSV format and exports these data easily into your in-house IT infrastructure and reporting systems.
REMOTE
WTRACK REMOTE is an intelligent on-line interface application enabling you to follow your process on multimedia devices such as computers, tablets and smartphones. On site or off site group information sharing facilitates organizational trouble shooting and problem solving in a time efficient manner.
SERVICE
WTRACK SERVICE module signals autonomously the required maintenance jobs at operator level via the control panel. This supported by clear operator instructions and great visuals for explanation. Maintenance execution and logging is traceable over time and linked 1:1 to a predefined unique operator access key carrying unique authorization levels.
SUPPORT
WTRACK SUPPORT module connects your machine with Waltec‘s technical support team in Germany via a secure internet connection. On your request and only after your approval, our technical experts can access your machine’s sensor data, control panel, servo settings and control unit (CPU). As such helping you with trouble shooting and/or restarting production quickly again. The intervention process is protected by clearly defined safety and integrity protocols safeguarding your proprietary technology.
PCS
WTRACK PCSfeeds your process control system (PCS) with predefined machine parameters and values related to Torque, Temperatures and Flows. Depending on the sensors installed, the module exports the available values each 60s into the PCS. Time frame customization is availiable on request.
WTRACK is compatible with all lines delivered since 2015, older lines require a WALTEC compatibility check.
The LINE module requires sensoric upgrading and minor electric adjustments. REMOTE, LOG and PCS modules require a connection to the company network. WTRACK LOG is available as stand alone version or in combination with SUPPORT module. Data export is available via company network connections or local at control panel. Online services require an internet connection.
Available as upgrade to your WALTEC configuration, full functionality however may be limited due to specific machine configurations. To check technical feasibility and pricing please ask your local WALTEC contact person.
